Our trip was perfectly organized, not one thing went amiss. From taxi transfers, inland flight to hotels all went smoothly and there were a lot of helpful tips and information. Also links to safe travel which gives updates about the roads.Can only warmly recommend

We did the Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon tour with Bjorn and it was amazing. Bjorn was so knowledgeable about Iceland, providing history and facts that were so thorough! He was also personable and very funny. Highly recommend Bjorn and his company for any Icelandic travel.

They helped us plan an amazing vacation in Iceland. We were only there for a week and we were able to see and do so much! The plans were detailed and easy to follow, and when we did have questions they were super responsive. Even last minute questions. So glad we went with them for this vacation.

Bjorn and Iris at Cool Travel Iceland exceeded our highest expectations. Every last detail was thoroughly thought out and executed in the travel plans -- driving routes, recommended sites, hikes, and side trips; pre-booked tours and activities; lodging; and dining suggestions. We never could have planned this trip based on our own internet research. Having local, professional travel agents involved in the planning really took this 3 week bucket list trip from great to extraordinary.

Our family of 4 visited Iceland for 2 weeks. Trying to plan a trip like that in a foreign country with a very foreign language was overwhelming. I searched online for a travel agent to help us plan this trip and found Cool Travel Iceland. Bjorn booked our rental car, lodging, and 3 excursions. He was able to guide how many nights we stayed in each location. He listened to our wants/needs and created a perfect and detailed itinerary which included directions, maps, and sights to see along the way. He was also available to chat along the way when needed. He took the stress out of planning and helped create a once-in-a-lifetime vacation (even under budget!) I highly recommend Cool Travel Iceland.
